Handling Handling by only one person is prohibited. Sides and corners must be protected. Two workers are required to lift the products, with two hands stretching as much as possible to hold the two sides of the board and to prevent over-bending of the board. It is suggested that the board be carried in a vertical way. When the thickness of the board is less than 8mm, it is suggested theat two blocks are carried in an overlapped way each time.

Storage Make sure that the bottom is level and that the height of each pile is ≤1000mm and the storage height is ≤ 3000mm. For the vertically placed boards that can not be scattered, pile them in an orderly way by specifications and type.

Pre-construction

Firstly, the good substrate materials of the basic board should be selected,such as light steel joist and wood steel joist.

• The choice of brand and material specifications
• If the load-bearing can afford the weight of the basic board
• Keel component of the framework, whether there is a convex plane deformation state

The identification method of choosing the same quality plate:

• The plate whether has the product labeling,industry testing report,factory certification ,and so on.
• The plate must be light texture,good strength. Taboo heavy texture, intensity difference
• All of the plates are in the same thickness,same color and good strength.

The plates' specification with the correct choice and using:

• Partition walls using light steel keel could not be less than 8mm of the substrate
• The use of the ceiling 8mm substrate keel when we have to work out a good load capacity and the weight of substrate
• It is suggested when use the 6mm substrate to do the ceiling,gluing the wood steel joist, and then be fixed with stainless steel screws. Using light steel keel, screw pitch in the 20-25mm and should pay attention to the keel weight of the load with the substrate to match
• Don't use the light steel joist when the substrate is lower than 6mm, is suitable for wood steel joist that be glued and fixed with screws.
